Order Processing

  • Ready-to-ship orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Custom-made and made-to-order products may require an additional 5–7 working days for production before dispatch.

  • Custom-made / Made-to-order products require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Shipping Timeline

  • Standard delivery within India: 3–7 working days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier availability, and external factors.

  • Remote or non-serviceable areas may require additional transit time.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Shipping and COD charges, once paid, are non-refundable unless the error is from Royalterra’s side.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

  • Select orders may require a partial prepaid confirmation amount before dispatch.

  • Remaining amount is payable at delivery.

  • Royalterra reserves the right to refuse COD service for certain locations or repeated failed deliveries.

  • Any prepaid confirmation amount collected for COD orders is non-refundable in case of return, cancellation after dispatch, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery attempts.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment updates through the provided tracking link.

Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.

  • If the order is returned due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or refusal to accept, re-shipping charges may apply.

Address & Contact Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.

  • Royalterra is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

International Shipping

  • Currently, Royalterra ships only within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.

     

Delays & Force Majeure

Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistics disruptions, government restrictions, or other force majeure events. Royalterra shall not be held liable for such delays.
